East Coast Candle will accept returns within 10 days of the date you received your order. East Coast Candle requires that you contact them before you return a product. This will ensure that you get your refund or exchange in a timely manner. It is required that you contact us before shipping your product back because we may have instructions that are required for a smooth return process. If you do not contact us before sending your product back we can not guarantee a refund or exchange.
