What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We require you to pay sales tax if you live in West Virginia. We do not collect sales tax for any other state.
Do you offer a printed catalog?
We do not currently offer a printed catalog. We do offer a printed sales catalog for groups doing fundraising through us.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Our shipping and handling charges are based on your order total.

What company do you ship through?
We mainly use UPS to ship orders, but we occassionally use USPS if necessary.
What is your return policy?
We allow our customers to return products within 10 days if you are not satisfied with the product or if it is damaged upon receiving. We will either issue an exchange or a refund.
Where are you able to ship to?
We are able to ship our products to the 48 continental United States. We will ship products to any address including APO and PO Boxes.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
We do offer discounted prices if you are interested in buying large quantities or reselling our products.
